• No attempts to bypass premium limits or payment systems.

4. Premium & Billing

Premium features are handled via Patreon. Subscriptions grant increased AI message limits and exclusive features. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

5. Liability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for data loss or Discord account restrictions resulting from bot usage.

6. Termination

Violations of these terms may result in a permanent ban from using the bot. Premium subscriptions may be revoked for severe violations.
